Returns Policy

Right To Return

You have the right to return a product or to cancel an order within the first 14 days following delivery (excluding special order items – see below). We also reserve the right to refund your purchase minus any charges that we have incurred in sourcing and delivering your product. For returns of unused goods outside of the 14-day cancellation period a 25% handling fee will be charged.

Special Order Items

Special order items are parts sourced from a manufacturer that we/the manufacturer do not offer in our standard offering – because of this these items/sales are non-refundable. As we are not a stock holding business at present, we will not accept returns or offer exchange for goods of this nature. Furthermore, the majority of special-order items are made to customer defined specifications so unless proven and accepted by the manufacturer this may affect your ability to claim for damage/faulty goods in the future. Please consider this before ordering. Currently we are a totally non-stock holding business, and the following manufacturers fall under this category: ITG, Milltek Sport, Cobra Sport, Akrapovic, Eibach, Bilstein, Racingline, Velare Wheels, TRD, Scorpion Exhausts. 

Returning Your Item

If you wish to return any item then please follow these basic steps:

  • Contact us by email at info@carperformance.online with your reason for return, stating your order number. We will then reply back to confirm the return has been accepted once we have liaised with the parts manufacturer.
  • Ship the goods back to the provided address in our confirmation email (this will not be our address; this will be the warehouse/returns address for the manufacturer of the goods).
  • Mark the box with the returns reference number and/or your order numbers as instructed in your confirmation email.

Please note: that we can only refund if goods are returned in the original packaging in “as new” condition. Should the goods be returned as damaged the manufacturer may not accept them back. Furthermore, you may be charged for a re-boxing fee if the packing is damaged and cannot be reused. Return costs are the responsibility of the returner unless otherwise agreed prior to the goods being shipped back.

Correct Parts Supplied

If correctly supplied parts have been received as per the order & should the return be accepted by the manufacturer once this has been processed, we will reimburse the product costs only. Any carriage costs will not be refunded and you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges.

Incorrect Parts Supplied

If incorrect parts have been supplied, we will contact the manufacturer in question to either supply the correct items as fast as possible, or should they agree, refund the order accordingly in full depending on what you would prefer. The incorrect items will be collected from you at our cost.

Incomplete order or Damage

If the goods are delivered incomplete, have arrived damaged, have been damaged during transit or have been incorrectly supplied – we reserve the right to organise replacement goods. If you require a refund, we will organise a refund and/or return of the goods through the appropriate manufacturer.

Please note: You may not receive a refund of the initial postage charge & that you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges. You must inform us of damaged deliveries within 48 hours of delivery. We are unable to accept responsibility for damage to goods beyond these periods.

Warranty/Faulty Items

Products supplied by CarPerformance.Online T/A EBR Developments are subject to the warranty set by the manufacturer. If you have a problem within 90 days of purchase, we will organise a replacement of the part but reserve the right to test items before exchange. This may require the part to be returned to the original manufacturer and for their agreement of the warranty case. After 90 days the part will either be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. Before exchanging goods, we reserve the right to organise tests of the item thought to be at fault. Payment will be required for any replacement parts sent out before return of ‘faulty’ goods. If items are returned and found not to be at fault they will be returned to the customer.

Please note: Unless otherwise stated in the manufactures warranty, the guarantee on parts is limited to the product itself. We do not cover any labour costs incurred in removing and replacing parts that are faulty or thought to be faulty. Guarantees do not cover any form of impact damage.

Product Exchanges

If you wish to return a product for exchange then we reserve the right to deduct our initial shipping fee and a handling charge. Goods returned outside of the 14-day cancellation period will either be exchanged for other goods or a return issued under the standard circumstances. The consent/agreement by parts manufacturer(s) will be needed before any exchanging actions will be taken. Parts that have been fitted, modified or are not in a resalable condition will not be accepted back for exchange. Wheels that have had tyres fitted are not eligible for return even if supplied incorrectly.

Return of Goods Outside of the 14-Day Cancellation Period

For all goods returned outside of this period, subject to the parts being returned in their original packaging in a resalable condition & with manufacturer agreement/acceptance of the return, we will issue a refund to the value of the goods less handling fee's. Please note: you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges.
